About: Born in North Vancouver, Bijan is a professional REALTOR® in the North Shore & Tri-Cities areas of Metro Vancouver. He is also a graduate from the University of British Columbia where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & Economics. During his time as a student he preformed research in the field of urban planning and public policy. Samples of his work include the effects of Gentrification and Redevelopment of North Surrey/Whalley. As part of his studies, he has also studied the most recent Official Community Plans (OCP) of each of the Tri-Cities and the North Shore communities of North Vancouver and West Vancouver, giving him a broad knowledge and understanding of the future of the area. Bijan offers his clients advice on not just the present use of the properties they are considering, but also gives them an idea of what to expect in the near future, and what their neighbourhood may look like 10 years down the road. Bijan has brought a wealth of knowledge from his educational background to his real estate profession.
